The Phi Ratio or Golden Mean

The Phi Ratio is a significant number that has been revered for thousands of years because it describes the relationship of how life is created, therefore what we consider beautiful. It was used in the design of Egyptian pyramids, Greek temples and Gothic cathedrals. Mathematically, this calculation can never be precisely known because the fraction never ends and never repeats. (.61803339…). Thus, it is referred to as an unknowable, irrational number. However, through geometry it can be known and experienced. It is nature’s way of growing all living systems from the structure of DNA to plants, animals and human beings. We use this important ratio in a dozen of our Metaforms, because it helps connect you to the energy that is the blueprint for all life and growth

Sacred Geometry

The term “sacred geometry” is used by archaeologists, anthropologists, and geometricians to encompass the religious, philosophical, and spiritual beliefs about geometry during the course of human history.
